Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you may place an order as a guest. However, we highly recommend that you sign up for an account so you can track and review purchases from your account. You can also save your address and personal details which will allow for a smoother shopping experience next time.

What payment methods does Zake accept?

  • We accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Palpay.

How long does delivery take and how can I track my item?

Is my package insured?

  • Yes we insure every package while in transit to our customers.

How do I return an item?

  • Go to your account at the top right corner where it says your name. Click "Create Return" next to the order you would like to return and follow the prompts. If you encounter any problems, please contact our customer service at livechat or email at info@zakesports.com

    If you checked out as a guest, please sign up for an account with the same email address you used to make the order and initiate a return from there.

How long does it take to process my refund?
